Odyssey is a Boston area firm that was founded in early 1997 and has become a provider of business process optimization and underlying system application technology to small, mid size and global Fortune 100 companies across various vertical markets. Initially Odyssey offered an exclusive focus on delivering PeopleSoft - now Oracle - related consulting services, specializing in the financials applications within the financial services industry. More than 20 implementations and upgrade life cycles — most of which required taking stock of the current operational practices — have been undertaken by Odyssey.
Odyssey's focus is big picture, but with appropriate attention to relevant detail. Regardless of your company size, common business concepts hold true: Information to internal and external customers, along with regulatory agencies, must be concise, accurate, cost-effective and timely.
Odyssey is small in nature but also global, having delivered services for North and South America, Europe and Asia. The firm has expanded to provide ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) management consulting services and adheres to the concept of best practice.
