Management Consulting Services

• Evaluated monthly financial close process and delivered recommendations outlined under the following categories: Organization of Work, Application Functionality, Architecture.
  
  
• Minimized use of myriad Excel spreadsheets when automation could replace and streamline the financial and report consolidation processes. Served as senior solution architect to guide business and technology enhancement goals to position the controller’s function to effectively transition to a redesigned global consolidations procedure and infrastructure.
  
  
• Provided project management services in an Enterprise risk-based capital / capital attribution automated solution, with regard to: GAAP, statutory and capital financial accounting, management and reporting aspects of this major initiative. Interaction with senior management offered the opportunity to provide and implement recommendations on both the process and system sides.

Package Software Implementations

• Outlined system application functionality heretofore not enabled – such as workflow, automated accounting and multicurrency tasks – in order to replace manual and costly “workarounds”.  Better, more timely, end product = cost savings.
